From a marine biology lab to a drum roaster in Cambridge.
We are Sam and Jenna, former marine biologists who took a sabbatical year on a coffee farm in Costa Rica in 2017. We came back, bought a 12-kilo drum roaster, and started roasting in our garage.
Six years later we work with thirty cafes between Norfolk and Boston, and we ship to people who care enough about a cup to buy whole bean and grind it themselves.
Light roasts. Origin character first. No flavored coffee, no subscriptions, no marketing emails. Just six bags at a time, roasted Tuesday and shipped Wednesday.
